In a display of solidarity, our diasporan protesters gathered outside the Ghana High Commission in London, demanding an end to the devastating practice of galamsey, Ghana's illegal mining operations that have ravaged water bodies and landscapes. The London protest was a critical extension of the domestic struggle in Ghana, bridging continents and bringing international attention to this environmental crisis.

Slogans like "Blood, Gold, Greed!" and "Water No Bi Politics" emphasized the urgent need for action, transcending political affiliations and highlighting the core issue of human survival and dignity. They called for the immediate release of our unlawfully detained activists in Ghana, stressing the importance of civil liberties in the fight for ecological justice.
